News this week is that we are all sold out of our LOLA & 3-TEN communities!  LOLA lot 1 and 3-TEN lot 3 sold this past weekend. Congratulations to the new owners!

IRIS lot 2 is our next available home going on the market this Thursday! IRIS lot 2 is part of a 4-lot Community, located in North Rose Hill, within walking distance to Mark Twain Elementary, close to shops and freeways. Home is located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood with lots of trees and greenery (sneak peak below).

IRIS  lot 2 was staged yesterday and looking stunning! Interior pictures are coming later this week and we will post them as soon as they are available! Thank you so much to our Windermere friends that came out to support Attain housing’s largest fundraiser of the year today with Team Merit!

Attain Housing has been serving homeless and at-risk families on the East side for the past 30 years. Thank you to Attain housing for all you do in our community!
