What to Expect

  • 2. Select your Merit Home. Visit our model and/or browse any of our available homes found on our website.
  • 3. Contact our Sales Manager Feisal Ramjee to learn more. Agent information can be found on the home’s detail page.
  • 4. Prepare and finalize terms for a Purchase and Sale Agreement.
  • 5. Obtain your home loan. Work with our trusted lender or your own to obtain final approval for your home loan.
  • 6. Meet with builder for New Hom Orientation and to identify any items that may need additional touch-up.
  • 7. Closing. Sign documents at escrow, verify touch-up items are completed, and receive your keys!
  • 8. Move in. Welcome to the sanctuary of your new home! Unpack, meet your neighbors, and enjoy the good life.
  • 9. Warranty Period. Submit warranty issues online. Check-in points occur 60 days and 11 months after Closing Date.
