Brandon learned first-hand that, when it comes to putting customers first, Merit Homes, Inc. is a standout among Northwest residential home builders. Having previously worked for a third-party home warranty provider, Brandon witnessed how Merit sets itself apart from other builders by meeting its commitment to ensure every buyer’s satisfaction after the sale. Brandon coordinates pre-closing maintenance, new home orientations and inspections, as well as 60-day and 11-month warranty evaluations. He believes his patience and passion for helping others make his role on the Merit Team a perfect fit.
Brandon’s broad construction industry experience and training include residential remodeling projects and HVAC systems, plus property management and maintenance. After work, he enjoys gaming with his two teenagers, who occasionally let Dad win.
