Field Operations Manager

With dozens of workers working on multiple Merit home sites in different locations each day, it takes an experienced construction manager to oversee all operations from the control tower. Jason is uniquely qualified to handle that role. For nearly 20 years, Jason been helping build Merit Homes’ reputation as the best builder on the Eastside. Described by his peers as “professional and straightforward,” he supervises Merit’s assistant construction managers, maintains strong relationships with subcontractors and inspectors, and uses his extensive industry experience to solve problems on the fly. From laying the groundwork on a new home site to ensuring a completed home is ready for the buyers to move in, Jason sees to it that every Merit home is built right.

Jason holds a degree in computer science from Central Washington University and completed the Shinn Group Superintendent Training Program. Away from work, he is a passionate fly fisherman, and enjoys wading into the Yakima and Snoqualmie rivers to test his luck.
