Located in the South Rose Hill neighborhood, ZYLA will feature an intimate pocket neighborhood comprised of [Urban Series homes.](https://www.merithomesinc.com/urban-series-homes) ### THE PURPOSE A frame walk is a critical milestone of the new home construction process. The purpose of a frame walk is to get a feel for how these homes layout. You’re focusing on a few main things like accuracy to the construction plan set, that window placements are in correct locations, and that overall, that the livability and flow of the home makes sense.
