We are excited to share a significant milestone for Merit Homes: the acquisition of two premier homesites in Redmond, WA. This announcement marks a meaningful step in our company's journey, representing our first expansion into Redmond since our Peterson acquisition in 2021. That home, completed and sold in 2022, set a new standard for our sophisticated Northwest Contemporary design in the area, and we are thrilled to return to Redmond, WA as we look towards popular Eastside neighborhoods where our homeowners want to live.
